WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our Story
Colombian-born and coffee farm raised; coffee is in our DNA.
We know the hard work and dedication required to transform a red coffee cherry into a delicious cup of coffee.
Picking, depulping, fermenting, washing, and sun drying coffee beans, then roasting them on rustic clay ovens, before decanting and pouring coffee from enameled pots sat on wooden stoves. What a process! It is how it used to be back home and sincerely we miss those happy days and aromas.
But it was in New Zealand, where our mindset changed. After working in technical careers for a while and raising a family of three, we decided to move back to where all started, a little more technified though, using state of the art roasting machines and different green beans, which allowed us to craft our signature blend and single origin coffees, enjoyed by our unique coffee lovers.
But you could ask, do you roast Colombian beans? for a while, we asked ourselves the same question, until recently when our family back home started a coffee farm from scratch. It will take a while to bring and roast our own beans, but in the meantime, we will source Colombian beans directly from farmer friends.
